David Nicholas

Chief Executive Officer

David has served as chief executive officer of St. John Rehabilitation Hospital since August 2015. David first joined HealthSouth in 2001 as a registered nurse. He has spent the majority of his healthcare career within the rehabilitation and hospice settings. David has held various leadership positions within HealthSouth, including associate administrator of HealthSouth in Jonesboro, Ark. and chief nursing officer of HealthSouth in Midland, Texas. A graduate of Angelo State University, David completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing.  David’s focus is to continuously improve the hospital’s performance to exceed the expectations of patients, visitors, staff, and physicians.  


Jodi Yelverton

Dr. Jodi Yelverton

Medical Director

Dr. Jodi Yelverton serves as medical director of St. John Rehabilitation Hospital, affiliated with HealthSouth. Before coming to St. John Rehabilitation Hospital, she proudly served our country’s heroes for more than a decade as the medical director of the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Program at Ernest Childers Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic. She is a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine where she was a musculoskeletal fellow and interned in the department of internal medicine. While at the University of Minnesota, she served as chief resident for physical medicine and rehabilitation. She is a fellowship-trained electromyography specialist, holds board certification in physical medicine & rehabilitation and belongs to Diplomat American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Beth Coffman

Beth Coffman

Director of Therapy Operations

Beth has been with HealthSouth since October 2015. Beth has worked in many therapy settings including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, ICU/critical care, outpatient, and private practice. Beth has a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy and a Master of Science in management. She has taught numerous therapy classes and presented at the state level on numerous therapy topics, including neuro developmental treatment, spinal cord injury, and functional integration in therapy interventions. Beth was awarded the Occupational Therapist of the Year in 2012 from the Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Association. Beth is driven to help rehabilitation patients achieve exceptional outcomes.


Susan D.

Susan Day

Chief Nursing Officer

Susan has served as chief nursing officer of St. John Rehabilitation Hospital since August 2016. She was previously the nurse manager for Bernsen Rehabilitation Center at St. John Medical Center for the last eleven years. Susan has spent most her sixteen-year nursing career in the rehabilitation setting. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), and has her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Governors University. Susan is looking forward to continuing to serve the Tulsa and surrounding area patient population in the rehabilitation setting by providing quality patient care with excellent patient outcomes.

Michelle Knight

Michelle Knight

PAS Coordinator

Michelle has served as the PAS coordinator at St. John Rehabilitation Hospital since November 2015. Michelle has worked as a nurse for HealthSouth since July, 2009. She graduated from Midland College with her LVN license in 1999. Most of Michelle’s career has been in pediatric care and rehabilitation. She is very passionate about rehab care and the reward of seeing a patient get back to their previous functional level and returning to their home environment.


Tiffany Murray

Tiffany Murray

Director of Case Management

Tiffany has served as the director of case management of St. John Rehabilitation Hospital since February 2016. Tiffany joined us from St John Health System. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wichita State University in 1990. Tiffany has her certification in case management and has worked in the profession of case management for 20 years. Tiffany has been very involved with CMSA and has held various board positions over the years. 


Cynthia Myers

Cynthia Myers

Business Development Director

Cynthia joined HealthSouth as director of marketing operations of St. John Rehabilitation Hospital in September 2015 with 10 years of healthcare marketing leadership experience. Cynthia completed her nursing education at Carl Albert State College as well as her master’s degree in business administration at John Brown University. Cynthia has held positions in critical care, outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and long term acute care. She enjoys time with her family, friends and the outdoors. 

 
Rebekah Perkins

Rebekah Perkins

Chief Financial Officer

Rebekah has been chief financial officer with HealthSouth since August 2012, starting at the Fort Smith, Ark hospital and transferring to St. John Rehabilitation Hospital in May 2016. Rebekah has 18 years of healthcare accounting experience varying between acute in-patient, home health, hospice, the State Advantage Wavier program and rehabilitation. A graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, she has completed her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in accounting. Rebekah continually strives to work closely with the chief executive officer in improving the hospital’s performance and support the leadership team with the information they need to successfully complete their job. 


Tom Price

Tom Price

Director of Plant Operations

Tom joined St. John Rehabilitation Hospital as facility/safety director in June 2017. He brings 30 years of Facility/Safety experience from the acute care sector of healthcare, working at hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri; Kansas City, Missouri; Springfield, Missouri; and Miami, Oklahoma. Tom’s education is in mechanical engineering and education and his passion lies in the areas of facility management, safety and emergency management. Over the years, he has served on leadership teams for the Medical Reserve Corps, Oklahoma State Health Department and Miami/Delaware Country Emergency Management. He has worked many disasters and emergencies facing hospitals as facility/safety officer in several states including Oklahoma. Tom is driven to help all patients and staff succeed while remaining continually safe at the hospital.
